Chicken Alla Crema
Ingredients

2 serves of chicken fillet
-
150g sliced mushrooms
-
2tbsp of cream
-
50g lettuce
-
50g capsicum
-
30g pitted black olives
-
Olive oil
-
Balsamic Vinegar

Method
-
Slice and cut chicken into strips.

Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken until slightly browned on both sides.

Add mushrooms until softened, then add cream and mix through for 2 minutes.

Cut up lettuce and capsicum
-
Add olives, oil and balsamic vineager
-
Salt and pepper if desired and serve with chicken.
